Rollja is a louvre-type roller shutter that combines a roller shutter and an external venetian blind. The louvre-type roller shutter / roller shutter curtain with venetian blind function, also called venetian blind roller shutter, venetian blind roller shutter or venetian blind roller shutter, is a roller shutter curtain with venetian blind function that combines all the advantages of a conventional roller shutter / roller shutter curtain with those of an external venetian blind / external venetian blind roller shutter.
The roller shutter curtain with blind function can be retrofitted to all normal roller shutters. Higher costs / additional costs are kept within limits as most parts can be reused. The advantages are a high level of protection against burglary, an energetic improvement, a continuous inclination of the slats as with an external venetian blind, light incidence despite shading and, when closed, darkening as with a conventional roller shutter. Taking into account the total costs, the price of a translucent roller shutter is only slightly higher than that of an external venetian blind/ Venetian blind and offers all the advantages.
